1930s Dr.Pepper Bottles

These are Dr.Pepper 6 1/2 oz "Good For Life" bottles which were used throughout the 1930s. These look the same
as the ones used in the 1940s.
The back has the 10-2-4 clock logo. The lettering is indented, not embossed as it was on very early bottles of this design. This was done so that the lettering would not get worn down when the bottles were in a crate, or perhaps when they were in an automatic filling machine. |
